Julius Williams is a seven-year professional defensive end who played in the NFL and CFL, including time with the Jacksonville Jaguars. A UConn graduate, he built his career on technique, violence, and relentless pass-rush detail.
Through Julius Trenches, he trains defensive linemen and linebackers to play fast, physical, and smart. His mission is simple: develop the next generation of dominant trench players by teaching pro-level hand fighting, alignment, and mindset.
